FAQ

Is my data safe when using PDF Merger?

Yes, absolutely. All PDF processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to any server or transmitted over the internet. The merged PDF is created locally on your device and downloaded directly to your computer.

Can I reorder pages from multiple PDFs together?

Yes! Upload multiple PDF files and all their pages will appear as thumbnails in the grid. You can drag and drop any page from any file to create your desired order. The merged PDF will contain pages in exactly the order you arrange them.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

Each PDF file can be up to 100MB in size. You can upload multiple files, but processing very large PDFs may take longer depending on your device capabilities. For best performance, we recommend working with PDFs under 50MB each.

Can I delete specific pages before merging?

Yes, each page thumbnail has a delete button. Click it to remove that page from the final merged PDF. This is useful for excluding unwanted pages like blank pages or cover sheets before creating your final document.

Does this tool work with encrypted or password-protected PDFs?

Most standard PDF files will work perfectly. However, encrypted PDFs or files with complex security restrictions may not be supported. If you encounter issues, try removing the password protection first using your PDF software before uploading to this tool.
